Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Middle Eastern versions) were used for the drawings, illustrations and pictures. The document was converted into a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Only Traditional Arabic Bold was used which I've modified using a font creator program; bold dark blue for captions, bold pink for feminine verbs, bold purple for text, and bold brown for examples.
