Users can fill out habits they want to monitor along the top line, “Drink 6 glasses of water”, “30 minutes of yoga” etc. and then they color in a square for each day they kept the habit. At the end of the month, they can see how successful they were. You can also use it to track negative habits (color in days where you cussed, smoked, drank etc.)
